Orpheus. Eurydice. Hermes.
... that a whole world of lament arose, in which
all nature reappeared: forest and valley,
road and village, field and stream and animal;
and that around this lament-world, even as
around the other earth, a sun revolved
and a silent, star-filled heaven, a lament-
heaven, with its own, disfigured stars ...
Ein Klage-Himmel, "a lament-heaven," from Rilke's "Orpheus. Eurydike. Hermes." Poetry's post-rupture, post-lapsus, post-death-of-Eurydice dream of recreating that primal world -- Eden, childhood, Orpheus's singing -- where word and thing were one.

Rouge et bleu... ça fait violet ! Couleur de l'améthyste que j'utilise dans mes colliers.
Un petit coucou de Suisse.
the blue shadows in the snow are the most striking part of the photo set for me.
the turned backs speak volumes.
the new layout is fresh and clean. i like it very much.
Claire: I like the blue shadows best, too. I was actually trying to get a shot of them, when she came jogging by.
Beatrice: Merci pour ton passage sur mon blog. J’aime tes photos du carnaval!
is it what lies in our hearts that causes photos to speak ...
James interesting photo post. It is nice to see creativity among bloggers. Thanks for sharing. Anna :)
Susan: I think this is why one photo can speak to so many different people in so many different ways.
Anna:Thank you for your visit and for such a nice comment. I'm happy :-)
The randomness of the red guy in the blizzard kept me in it´s grip for a longer time.
I also like the turned backs, especially the blizzard walker and the trees. So much to imagine.
Sorlil: It seems shots like these are easy for me to get ... everywhere I go, I see people walking away....
